1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cashlib Exchange service available at cashlibexchange.gr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Description of Service

Cashlib Exchange provides an online platform that allows users to exchange Cashlib prepaid vouchers for alternative payment methods, including but not limited to:

• PayPal transfers
• USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency
• Credit/Debit card payments
• PerfectMoney transfers
• WebMoney wallet transfers
• SEPA Bank Transfers (EUR)

We act as an intermediary exchange service and are not affiliated with Cashlib or any payment processor listed above.

3 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be located in a country subject to international sanctions
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the exchange process

4 Fees & Exchange Rates

Our service fee is 10% of the total voucher value. This fee is deducted automatically before processing your payout. There are no hidden charges.

Exchange rates for cryptocurrency payouts are determined at the time of processing and may fluctuate. The rate displayed during submission is indicative and not guaranteed.

• Minimum exchange amount: €10
• Large exchanges (over €1,000) may require additional verification
• Fees are subject to change with prior notice

5 Exchange Process

Upon submitting a valid exchange request:

• You will receive a unique Exchange ID — keep this for your records
• Daytime exchanges (6 AM – 10 PM): processed within 15 minutes
• Nighttime exchanges (10 PM – 6 AM): processed within 1–3 hours
• You will receive email notifications at each step of the process

We reserve the right to delay or refuse any exchange request that we believe may be fraudulent or violates these Terms. In such cases, voucher codes will not be redeemed.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
• Submitting stolen, counterfeit, or invalid voucher codes
• Attempting to circumvent our security verification systems
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
• Reverse engineering or scraping our platform
• Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your exchange request and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashlib Exchange shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of funds due to incorrect payment details provided by the user
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of the transaction fee paid by you for the relevant exchange.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
